The Formula 1 travels to Jeddah this weekend for the second round of the new 2023 season.
It’s the fastest street circuit of all time in the sport with cars averaging over 250KM/H, this track layout also has the most corners of any race on the 2023 calendar.
Those 27 corners, plus the tight nature of the circuit will once again put the 20 drivers on the grid through their paces.
The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix took place for the first time in 2021. It was the fifth full-night race title on the Formula One calendar, following Singapore, Bahrain, Sakhir, and Qatar Grands Prix.
In F1, the Saudi GP race and qualifying are both held during the night, under the lights where the temperatures are substantially cooler than the day.
The Formula 2 race is held during the day and two of the three Formula One practice sessions are held during the daytime with high track temperatures.

F1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Betting Analysis
Going into the weekend, Max Verstappen leads the World Drivers’ Championship with 25 points, 7 points from his teammate Sergio Pérez, second, and 10 from Fernando Alonso, third.
Red Bull Racing leads the Constructors’ Championship from Aston Martin by 20 points and Mercedes by 27 points.
Red Bull’s Max Verstappen won last year’s Saudi GP after defeating Ferrari rival Charles Leclerc in a cat-and-mouse contest that saw the two drivers regularly change the lead using DRS.
After a season-opening race in which Red Bull got a 1-2 in both qualifying and the race, Max Verstappen, Sergio Perez, and the energy drink cars are huge favorites both this weekend in Saudi Arabia and this season in general.
With Leclerc serving a 10-spot grid penalty, Alonso is third in the odds to win in Saudi Arabia, behind both Red Bulls.
