The Premier League matchday 28 just finished, and the fight for the title has kept the regular pace, as Arsenal continue their win streak as they keep the helm and push as far as they can from the second spot on the board.
The Gunners will simply not slow down and have a current 8 points lead over the second spot as they took Crystal Palace down to keep their streak intact.
Manchester City and Manchester United had both of their games postponed so we didn’t get to see them. However, they both won their FA Cup matches, so it won’t be surprising to see them postpone more matchdays.
Now it is time to break down what took place during the week.
Premier League Matchday 28: Arsenal (4)-(1) Crystal Palace

The Gunners put on a fierce attacking display with left winger Gabriel Martinelli creating the breakthrough goal, and right winger Bukayo Saka netting twice.
Forward Leandro Trossard dished out another assist to Granit Xhaka, who also got in on the scoring action.
But visiting Palace, who fired their coach just before this game, could have taken the lead. Wilfried Zaha hit the post on 11 minutes and watched the rebound bounce off Arsenal’s ‘keeper and out for a corner instead of goal-bound.
Palace, managed in this game by Under-21 boss Paddy McCarthy, clawed their way back to 3-1 at one point. That was just their sixth goal scored in their last 13 matches.
They are now winless in 13 contests in all competitions, a barren streak that ultimately cost Patrick Vieira his job, and could cost Palace relegation sitting just three points above the bottom three.
Arsenal, meanwhile, is rolling toward their first Premier League title since 2004 and they next get ready to host another relegation-battling side, Leeds United, after the FIFA international break on April 1.
Arsenal now has an eight-point lead at the top of the Premier League with just 10 matches to play.

Goals by Harry Kane and Ivan Perisic looked to have sealed the points for fourth-placed Tottenham in the second half but Southampton produced an amazing recovery from 3-1 down.
Theo Walcott gave them a lifeline with a close-range finish in the 77th minute shortly after Perisic’s volley appeared to have wrapped up a vital win for Tottenham in their bid to finish the season in the top four.
Then in the 90th minute, Tottenham substitute Pape Sarr was adjudged to have fouled Ainsley Maitland-Niles as he attempted to hack clear a bouncing ball.
After a lengthy VAR check, the penalty was allowed to stand and Ward-Prowse cooly dispatched his spot-kick high into the top corner beyond former Southampton goalkeeper Fraser Forster.
Tottenham, who had taken the lead through Pedro Porro in first-half stoppage time only to concede a Che Adams equalizer just after the break, remain in fourth place with 49 points from 28 games but Newcastle United, in fifth, are only two points adrift with two games in hand.
Southampton remains bottom with 23 points.

Forest took the lead in the 26th minute after Sven Botman’s back-pass was intercepted by Dennis, who dinked past Newcastle goalkeeper Nick Pope.

There was controversy just past the hour-mark when substitute Elliot Anderson looked to have headed Newcastle into the lead only for a VAR check to conclude that there had been an offside in the build-up.
Newcastle endured a troubled start to 2023 after looking like an improbable title challenger in the first half of the season.
But the Saudi-backed club’s bid to secure a place in the Champions League has been boosted by the wins against Wolverhampton last week and Forest.
The late goal saw Forest beaten at the City Ground for the first time in the league since September. This leaves the team just two points above the relegation zone.
Alexander Isak’s stoppage-time penalty kept Newcastle’s Champions League bid on track in a 2-1 comeback win against Nottingham Forest in a Premier League on Friday.

The pressure has been eased on Graham Potter in recent weeks, and with a Champions League quarter-final to come next month, the priority for the rest of the season is very much not the Premier League.
Joao Felix gave Chelsea a second-half lead, and although Abdoulaye Doucoure equalized for the Toffees, Kai Havertz swiftly restored the lead from the penalty spot as he continued his recent goalscoring form.
However, in the 89th minute, Simms proved too strong for Kalidou Koulibaly and then produced the finish to earn Everton a crucial point, one that lifts them to 15th in the table.
But this result will be frustrating, with Chelsea just a few minutes away from making it four wins in a row.
