The Formula 1 Season reaches its fifth round with the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix at the high-speed Jeddah Corniche Circuit.
McLaren leads the Constructors’ Championship with 151 points, ahead of Mercedes (93) and Red Bulls (71). In the Drivers’ standings, Lando Norris Tops the Chart with 77 points, closely followed by teammate Oscar Piastri (74) and Max Verstappen (69).
Lewis Hamilton continues to adjust in Ferrari red, and his experience could be a factor under the light in Jeddah.
The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix brings out the best —and the worst— in both machines and drivers. With tight walls, high speeds, and multiple safety cars probability, we can expect a race that could shape the narrative for the rest of 2025.

2025 Saudi Arabian GP Circuit Details
Since its debut in 2021, The Jeddah Circuit has established itself as one of the fastest and most dramatic races on the calendar. The Circuit is known for its sweeping bends, high-speed nature combined with the tight, unforgiving layout of a street course. It’s the fastest street track in Formula 1 and among the most demanding for drivers due to its narrow walls and minimal run-off areas.
Visibility, precision, and bravery are essential, especially during night races under Floodlight. Overtaking is challenging but possible, particularly into Turns 1 and 27, which follow high-speed DRS zones.
Seven-time Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton holds the lap record at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit with a time of 1:30.734, set in 2021.
During practice one, the temperatures will reach 33°C with 47% humidity. However, for practice two, the temperatures are expected to drop around 26°C, but humidity will rise to 52%.
During the day on Saturday, temperatures will reach 35°C with 42% humidity and are likely to drop to 27°C in the evening for the Qualy.
Race day on Sunday will be under the light of the Jeddah circuit, with temperatures expected around 27°C with 54% humidity and no risk of rain.
2025 Saudi Arabian GP Betting Picks
Oscar Piastri’s breakthrough 2025 season continues to impress. He’s coming off back-to-back wins and trails only Norris in the Fórmula 1 standings. The Australian ability to adapt quickly to different circuits and execute near-flawless race management makes him a serious contender in Jeddah.
Lando Norris is sitting atop the drivers’ Championship, but with Piastri closing in, he’ll need a strong result to maintain the lead.
Despite not being as dominant as in recent seasons, Verstappen is always a threat. The Dutchman thrives on technical challenges and will be eager to reclaim ground in the Championship.
Hamilton is still adjusting at Ferrari, but his skill set and experience on street circuits give him an edge. If Ferrari can deliver a solid setup, he could challenge for the Podium.
