Saturday, September 30 – 12:30 p.m. ET at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Liverpool +120

The most attractive match of the day went to Tottenham, who beat Liverpool 2-1 with a goal by Heung-min Son after 36 minutes from a Richarlison pass in the heart of the area and an own goal by Joel Matip at 90+6′ when he failed in an attempt to reject the ball. The Reds conversion came from a shot in the heart of the box by Cody Gakpo.

It was a duel marked by controversy, as Liverpool ended up with two players sent off and Luis Díaz had a goal disallowed for a non-existent offside, which led the English Referees’ Association to apologize. Also, Alexis Mac Allister could have a sanction by the FA because of an Instagram post in which he says that it is too hard to play against 12 players, referring to the fact that the referee was in favor of the Londoners.

However, Spurs are now behind Manchester City with 17 points, while Liverpool is fourth with 16.
