Derrick Lewis vs. Chris Daukaus

Why Bet on Derrick Lewis

Derrick Lewis wants to make up for his loss in an interim title fight against Cyril Gane this past summer at UFC 265 after he had won four straight fights.

Lewis has had two cracks at UFC gold now and came up short both times.

Derrick’s game plan revolves around setting up a strike to launch a knockout punch or switch kick.

It’s been a mostly successful plan with 12 UFC KOs recorded, which puts him at an advantage over everybody else in the division.

Why Bet on Chris Daukaus

All of Daukaus’ UFC fights have ended in a KO/TKO within the first round, except for his last bout with Shamil Abdurakhimov, who he finished in the second round.

It’s safe to say Philly-based fighter has a strong rising and will give former title challenger Lewis a real battle.

Final Betting Analysis: Derrick Lewis vs. Chris Daukaus

Derrick Lewis has had a rollercoaster UFC career and he’s admitted he’s not there for the UFC gold but as a regular prizefighter.

It’s hard to judge Lewis’s motivation heading into this bout and for that reason “The Black Beast” is a risky bet – but when isn’t he!

In terms of having an advantage Chris lands with much more volume, 9.03 compared to 2.49 for Lewis.

Chris also has the better defense and is a faster starter, which Lewis is not used to, and we are taking Daukaus as our betting pick.

Stephen Thompson vs. Belal Muhammad

Why Bet on Stephen Thompson

Wonderboy suffered a tough loss at UFC 264 against Gilbert Burns after being on a two-fight winning streak.

Because Thompson has better striking than Belal and has a lot of weapons in his arsenal, he has a good takedown defense record.

However, Wonderboy had a tough outing in terms of defending takedowns against Gilbert Burns.

Why Bet on Belal Muhammad

Leading up to this matchup, Belal Muhammad ground out a unanimous decision win over Demian Maia at UFC 263.

Belal needs to land takedowns and keep the fight on the ground, to win the fight against a dangerous stand-up fighter.

Final Betting Analysis: Stephen Thompson vs. Belal Muhammad

Stylistically speaking it is a classic striker vs. grappler showdown.

But Thompson’s elite striking gives him an upper hand going into this contest.

As much as Belal focuses on taking the fight to the ground, that is unlikely to happen as Stephen Thompson will most likely make adjustments from his loss and defend better to keep things on their feet.

Darren Elkins vs. Cub Swanson

Why Bet on Darren Elkins

The Damage” comes in on a two-fight win streak, and a record of 29 wins and 9 losses.

His 7 KOs and 7 submission finishes prove he is a well-rounded fighter.

Why Bet on Cub Swanson

The veteran fighter comes in with a record of 27 wins and 12 losses, including 11 KOs and 5 submissions.

He also comes in from a loss against Giga Chikadze, after a 2 fight win streak.

Final Betting Analysis: Darren Elkins vs. Cub Swanson

Both fighters may be members of the old guard but they have proven to have the skill and heart to be in there with the best of the best.

They are going to clash and put their hearts out, but judging by the look of things, our betting token goes to Cub Swanson.

Amanda Lemos vs. Angela Hill

Why Bet on Amanda Lemos

Amanda Lemos comes in with 10 wins, 1 loss, and 1 DC, and her hot streak momentum of 4 wins in a row is something to keep an eye on.

The Brazilian has a 90% Finish rate, with 7 KOs and 2 Submissions, and she is looking for her spot at the top of the division.

Why Bet on Angela Hill

Angela Hill may be a tough fighter but her record doesn’t help much, with 13 wins and 10 losses.

She also comes from 3 losses and 2 wins in her last 5 matches, however, the names of those who have beaten her are top fighters, which turns Angela into a little of a gatekeeper.

Final Betting Analysis: Amanda Lemos vs. Angela Hill

This match-up is going to be explosive, with two female fighters who put it all on the line.

Angela Hill is a strong fighter, and she only gets beaten by the very top of the division, but our betting token is on Amanda Lemos, who is quickly proving to be the newest addition to the title challengers.

Diego Ferreira vs. Mateusz Gamrot

Why Bet on Diego Ferreira

Diego comes in from a two-fight losing streak, after 3 victories in his last 5 matches.

With 3 KOs and 7 submissions in his 17 wins, he is a dangerous fighter but it seems that 2021 has just not been his year.

Why Bet on Mateusz Gamrot

The 30 years old Polish fighter comes in with 19 wins and a single loss.

The up-and-coming fighter has finished 6 opponents via KO and 5 via Submission.

He picked up with a two-fight win streak after his first loss and is aiming to get to the top of the division.

Final Betting Analysis: Diego Ferreira vs. Mateusz Gamrot

With both fighters having the same number of fights, the age gap between them could be one of the factors to take into consideration.

Gamrot seems to be making his way up, on the other hand, it seems like Ferreira is trying to make a last stand in his quest to get to be a contender.

Our betting token goes to the younger fighter for this one.

UFC Fight Night: Lewis vs. Daukaus Betting Pick: Chris Daukaus

UFC Fight Night: Thompson vs. Muhammad Betting Pick: Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson

UFC Fight Night: Elkins vs. Swanson Betting Pick: Cub “Killer” Swanson

UFC Fight Night: Lemos vs. Hill Betting Pick: Amanda “Amandinha” Lemos

UFC Fight Night: Ferreira vs. Gamrot Betting Pick: Mateusz Gamrot
