On Saturday, January 22th, 2022, all UFC fans over the world will be on the edge of their seats as we get title fights in the two opposite weight divisions as the main and co-main event of UFC 270.
One of these two fights is the war between the previously sparring partners and now the top of the heavyweight division, Francis Ngannou, and Cyril Gane.
Before that, we get two excellent fights and also the meeting between the flyweights, Deiveson Figueiredo, and the current champion, Brandon Moreno, who write the 3rd chapter of back-to-back title fights to seal their rivalry.

When we last saw Francis “The Predator” Ngannou in the octagon, he knocked out Stipe Miocic in the second round to claim the heavyweight championship last March.

Brandon “The Assassin Baby” Moreno claimed featherweight gold with a third-round submission of Figueiredo at UFC 263 last June, following a draw between the two fighters at UFC 256.
Moreno is 5-0-2 in seven fights since returning to the promotion in 2019, with his other draw during the span coming against current No. 2-ranked flyweight contender Askar Askarov.

Things have shifted around in that time, as Brandon was an underdog in the first two fights, but now, after the upset and crowning of a new Champion, he comes as the betting favorite for the first time.
Brandon Moreno has the edge in multiple areas, being younger, faster, and incredibly durable.

He has a record of 19-4-1 and had only been stopped once in his career.
He is a well-rounded fighter with more emphasis on grappling, but he doesn’t force it, as he is willing to stand and trade as he looks for the opportunity.

Despite the name, Said is not related to the former lightweight king, Khabib Nurmagomedov.
He stands at 14-2 and is not much of a grappler.
