This Saturday, March 6, 2021 the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada dresses up for the UFC light heavyweight world title fight between superstars Israel “The Last Stylebender” Adesanya and Jan Blachowicz, who will square off in a 5-round bout.

The Main Event is, as its name suggests, the main and most important event of the night.

It will feature UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya, who has moved up a weight class to become the UFC’s “Champion – Champion”.

On the other side of the ring will be none other than current UFC light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz.

Blachowicz is known to be a highly effective and extremely aggressive or monstrous puncher, while Adesanya is currently one of the best (if not the best) pure strikers in the UFC.

This would be a “Matador vs. Toro” showdown and we are absolutely sure that it will keep all the spectators on the edge of their seats while the fight is in progress.

Now then, referring to Adesanya and considering the brutal and significant impact he has had since his arrival in the UFC it is almost impossible to imagine that he has only been in the UFC octagon for 3 years. In this short period of time he has a record of 9-0 with 4 KO’s, in which stand out 3 victories in defense of the world championship and victories over renowned fighters such as Anderson Silva, Kelvin Gastelum, Paulo Costa, among others.

Adesanya remains undefeated in his professional career: 20 wins, 9 of them in his UFC career.

On the other hand, we have the Polish MMA fighter, Jan Blachowicz the current UFC light heavyweight champion who comes to defend his title and make it clear why he is the holder of this difficult belt.

The Polish Blachowicz also has an impressive record in his professional career, 27 wins (8 by KO) and 8 losses (2 by KO). The last fight Blachowicz fought was on September 26, 2020, in which he became UFC light heavyweight champion by defeating American Dominick Reyes by technical knockout (TKO) in only two rounds.

In this fight Blachowicz showed again how powerful his punches are and finished Reyes in the second round, after this he took in his pockets a very important bonus and, most importantly, became the king of the light heavyweights. Before this, the Pole did not know defeat in 4 fights since July 6, 2019 when he defeated Luke Rockhold in 2 rounds by the same way as Reyes, by TKO.
