The emotions of the 2021 season of the World Surf League continue in its different categories. We arrive at the annual final event of the Challenger Series season. Here we will have the joy of meeting the twelve men and six women who will have the opportunity to graduate in the highest category of world surfing; the Championship Tour, the Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold Haleiwa Challenger 2021.

The Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold Haleiwa Challenger 2021, is the closing event of the season. So each of the participants in the different categories of male and female will have to ride the waves excellently. This, if they want to continue with their aspirations of being in the highest category of the world surfing.

The 2021 Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold Haleiwa Challenger will be held from November 26 to December 7 on the beautiful and challenging beaches of Haleiwa, on OahuHawaii.

Top 2 Men’s

  • Deivid Silva

Brazilian surfer Deivid Silva was born in Guarujá, São Paulo, Brazil, on February 10, 1995. Currently, Silva is in the # 14 position in the men’s CT world ranking. In this year 2021, Deivid Silva has participated in 7 important events of the CT; the best result he has obtained is second place in the Corona Open Mexico presented by Quicksilver, where he fell in the final against Jack Robinson.

  • Caio Ibelli

Another Brazilian surfer who has had a very good trajectory throughout his career, Caio Ibelli, coincidentally was born in the same town as Deivid Silva, Guarujá, São Paulo, Brazil, on October 11, 1993. So they are companions of waves since its inception. Caio Ibelli has had a very active 2021 year. However, has not managed to reap a good result in either of the two important surfing categories; the CT and the Challenger Series.

  • Tatiana Weston-Webb

When it comes to surfing, the name of one of the best surfers in history, Tatiana Weston-Webb, immediately comes to mind. Tatiana has not disappointed her fans in this year 2021, in 8 events of the women’s CT; she has managed to obtain four very important results. First place in the Boost Mobile Margaret River Pro presented by Corona, second place in the Rip Curl WSL Finals, and finally, third place in the Maui Pro presented by ROXY at Pipeline and Jeep Surf Ranch Pro presented by Adobe.

  • Brisa Hennessy

On the other hand, the Costa Rican / Hawaiian Brisa Hennessy, with just 22 years old, is already competing side by side against the best surfers in the world. Hennessy has not had a good year in the women’s CT. However, in the Challenger Series, she managed to reap an excellent victory in the ROXY Pro France, where she managed to score a significant number of points (10,000).
