The emotions of the World Surf League Qualifying Series return to the Azores. This place, since 2009, has been one of the iconic stops on the European tour.

The Azores Airlines Pro 2021 will be held from November 1 to 6, 2021, in the Azores. This is one of the nine Portuguese islands that lie in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Qualifying Series of Europe in the 2021-22 season was announced to start in August and to end in April 2022. The first tournament was, in theory, the Rip Curl Pro Anglet. However, the event could not take place as expected; so this Azores Airlines Pro is expected to be the main event.
