The Matchday 15 of Serie A, the last one before the break for the Qatar 2022 World Cup, had few surprises. Napoli, despite a scare in the last 15 minutes of the match against Empoli, remains unstoppable at the top of the Italian soccer standings. The team coached by Luciano Spalletti remains unbeaten in domestic competition with 13 wins and 2 draws.

The other big clubs such as Inter, AC Milan, and Juventus, also took three points before the World Cup break.

On the other hand, Cremonese, Sampdoria, and Hellas Verona were defeated during this matchday and have not been able to recover points that would allow them to get out of the red zone of relegation to Serie B.

Napoli does not want to wake up from this dream called undefeated. The team continues to win matches and this Saturday took advantage of the Diego Maradona Stadium’s support to defeat 3-2 a difficult Udinese, who tried to rescue a draw until the end.

On the half-hour mark, a quick counterattack by the Neapolitans allowed Poland’s Piotr Zielinski, after an excellent pass from Lozano, to score at the far post and make it 2-0.

Elmas, in the 58th minute, scored the third for Spalletti’s team and it was not until the 79th minute that Udinese reacted. Nestorovski and Samardzic made the visitors dream of an incredible comeback, but the leaders held on to win.
