Liverpool managed to hold on to first place in the Premier League thanks to a 1-0 away win over Crystal Palace thanks to Diogo Jota’s goal.

A great match at Etihad ended in favor of Manchester City over Fulham by 3-2, thanks to a brace by Mateo Kovacic that turned the score around.

What seemed to be a very easy game for Arsenal ended up being very complicated, and they had to come from behind to win 3-1 against Southampton.

Despite having the ball, the Gunners could not score. Even in the first half, they only had one shot at goal, and it was at the end. In one of the most attention-grabbing games of the weekend, Aston Villa and Manchester United played out a goalless draw, a result that did neither side any favors.

Goals were expectedand we were left wanting. After a very bad first half, things improved in the second part. On the Villains’ side, a couple of shots that went wide, a great save by André Onana from a shot by Youri Tielemans, and in stoppage time, a shot by Jaden Philogene-Bidace hit the back of Diogo Dalot, who saved his team because the ball was already going in.

For the Red Devils, Dibu Martinez was required in two shots from Marcus Rashford, and the post denied a great goal from a free kick to Bruno Fernades, in what were the best opportunities for a team that tried but could not.

With this result, Aston Villa remained fifth with 14 points, four behind Liverpool, while Manchester United dropped to 14th with eight points.
