Why Bet on Brentford?
Brentford had an excellent last season and, surely, hoped to build on that, but injuries and suspensions have taken a toll on the team, to the point that they are currently relegation candidates. However, they recovered some ground after beating Wolves with goals from Christian Nørgaard and Ivan Toney.
That win moved them to 14th place in the table, six points clear of Everton, the last team to lose the category. It was their second in the last five games, numbers that are not so bad for a team of this size. The problem is that they lost the other matches, a couple after suffering comebacks.
There’s no doubt that the strong team from last season is still there, but we doubt we’ll see it again until next season. Notwithstanding, considering the rumors surrounding Toney’s future, it’s hard to tell.
Why Bet on Liverpool?
Liverpool have been the most consistent team in the Premier League this season, no doubt. However, as mentioned in other articles, we have the sensation that they are not quite yet at their best. That became clear after their last loss against Arsenal, where they stabbed themselves twice to lose.Â
These kinds of mistakes are mortal in a title race against Manchester City, and with a game in hand, the Sky-Blues now have the upper hand.Â
Whatever the case, they came from an excellent streak of seven wins in their last nine games before visiting the Emirates. In the last match, they received Burnley at Anfield road and had a quiet night with a 3-1 victory, following goals from Jota, DÃaz, and Núñez.
Brentford vs. Liverpool Final Betting Analysis:
These teams have played five times, with one game ending in a win for the Bees, three going in favor of the Reds, and one was a draw. The last two games went to Liverpool, who scored four goals and received none in the process.
In other times, this would have been a tricky game to predict, but Brentford is far from its best, and the team from Anfield has blood in its eyes as it has Manchester City, again, bitting on their talons. We expect a 2-4 win for the visitors, with the locals scoring first.Â
Go for a victory for Liverpool at 1.644. If you bet $100 at such odds, you could get $64.4 for a total payout of $164.4.
