The NFL Sunday comes with an exciting duel for week 2 between two teams that won: the Vikings and 49ers.
Minnesota got a dominant victory over the NY Giants, beating them in every aspect of the game. QB Sam Darnold shined with 19 completed passes from 24, 208 yards, and two TDs, although he suffered an Interception. However, most outstanding was the defense, holding the locals to just six points.
San Francisco also started on the right foot. They got the best from the NY Jets in Monday Night Football with an unimpressive Brock Purdy, who accompanied a spectacular rushing game that got 180 yards, 120 more than the visitors in this department. Jordan Mason shined with 28 carries, 147 total yards, and one TD.

Why Bet on the Vikings?
Perhaps the most surprising performance in all the NFL Week 1 was Sam Darnold, who looked like a prime quarterback leading the Vikings to a win.
There were questions about whether the offense could do enough this season, but if Minnesota plays like it did in Week 1, it could be a sneaky playoff team. They usually tend to be, except for last season’s poor performance in a division dominated by the Lions.
Now, they face their first acid test of the season, with the benefit that it will be at home. To the long list of wide receivers injured in the NFL, we must add Jordan Addison, while Harrison Smith, Brian O’Neill, and Ed Ingram are questionable.
Why Bet on the 49ers?
Christian McCaffrey didn’t play, but the 49ers didn’t skip a beat when they crushed the New York Jets on “Monday Night Football.”
Backup Jordan Mason had the best game of his young career, and San Francisco looked every bit of a team looking to change its Super Bowl misfortune into a title victory.
The team seems ready to go, and they will be arriving into this next match prepared to make a statement by halting a team that had such a strong start to their season. Christian McCaffrey remains on the injury list with a Calf/Achilles issue, while other names include Yetur Gross-Matos, Dee Winters, and Aaron Banks.
Final Betting Analysis: Vikings vs. 49ers
The 49ers looked like they were ready to make a return trip to the Super Bowl after an early week 1 statement. WR Justin Jefferson is going to be a matchup problem for San Francisco’s secondary, but that’s Minnesota’s only advantage. The 49ers are still the top team in the NFC.
We don’t see Sam Darnold — even with his solid game against the Giants — keeping pace with the 49ers offense in week 2. Regardless of whether Christian McCaffrey plays, San Francisco could get whatever yards it wanted against the Jets, a far better defense than Minnesota’s. So, this should end up in a victory for San Francisco.
Go for a victory for the visitors at 1.427. If you bet $100 at such odds, you could get $42.7 for a total payout of $142.7.
