The Seattle Seahawks have been one of the season surprises, but their next challenge will be the hardest one, visiting a sturdy team of the Lions.
Detroit recovered quickly from its setback against the Buccaneers with a win against the Cardinals in Arizona.
Seattle has three wins and is one of the unbeaten teams. Their last victory was against a team of the Dolphins in crisis.

Why Bet on the Lions?
The locals have two wins and a single loss. We would like to say that Ford Field is a fortress, but their defeat was, precisely, at home.
The Lions haven’t been overwhelming in their start but their defense has been good, which is important because the NFC North looks like it could be the best division in football this year.
Detroit seems to have settled a bit, though its offensive punch isn’t quite as potent as we saw last year. In particular, tight end Sam LaPorta, who suffered an ankle sprain against the Cardinals, has gotten off to a slow start.
Detroit at home during primetime is a tough task for anyone, and the Lions crowd makes a difference in a close victory.
Why Bet on the Seahawks?
The Seahawks are running a perfect 3-0 win, but people continue to doubt them as they have pretty much beaten low-tier teams, which doesn’t prove they are the world beaters they can be. Now, an acid test has finally come.
The Seahawks weren’t that impressive in the first two weeks, with narrow wins against Denver (who may be better than thought) and New England, but looked good in a rout of Miami.
It’s fair to say that the Seattle team has yet to be seriously tested. Detroit will be the team that determines whether or not these Seahawks are the real deal.
Seattle is a very good defensive team, though the Seahawks can be exploited on the ground.Â
Final Betting Analysis: Lions vs. Seahawks
Detroit appears to have an advantage in the trenches when the defense is on the field, and they probably have the advantage when the offense is working well too. That said, we expect the low-scoring affairs to continue with Detroit.
Seattle’s offense also deserves respect, but if Kenneth Walker can suit up after a two-week absence due to an oblique injury, Geno Smith might extend his team record to 3-1.
Detroit should win at home, but we like Seattle to cover the SPREAD. Go for a win of the locals at the UNDER.
Go for a victory for the locals at 1.571. If you bet $100 at such odds, you could get $57.1 for a total payout of $157.1.
