We prepare for week 3 of the NFL regular season, and this time, we look at the clash hosted by the Atlanta Falcons, who picked up their first win with a wonderful comeback against the Eagles. This sets their record in 1-1.
The Kansas City Chiefs are the team to visit, and we have seen the defending champions take two wins.
The Chiefs are making a statement with their perfect run, and if they continue pushing the pace, things are going to be pretty hard for all their opponents. Still, they must prove it against a Falcons team that will likely pose a challenge at their home field.

Why Bet on the Falcons?
When it looked like the questions about Kirk Cousins would be magnified, the new Falcons quarterback led a spectacular final drive to pull off a stunner against the Eagles.
The Falcons’ comeback victory in Week 2 will be good psychologically going forward, and hosting this clash will help them keep things close in search of another miracle.
The Falcons may have a chance to exploit some weaknesses in the Chiefs’ backline and secondary. They suffered some changes in the offseason with the departure of L’Jarius Sneed and Drue Tranquill isn’t at the top level. Atlanta may find luck exploiting the wings for Cousins’ passing game to bloom.
Why Bet on the Chiefs?
The defending Super Bowl champions haven’t looked like world beaters, but they remain on top of the NFL after another win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
It was the second straight week a game came down to the final play for Kansas City and things are going well for Patrick Mahomes and company.
The Super Bowl champs find ways to win even when they aren’t playing their best football. Week 2’s victory was a perfect example of that. They’ll be betting favorites in almost every game unless a catastrophe happens, so they could be a safe bet for the time being.
With Mahomes being on the onslaught for a long time, the QB is expected to have another classy performance. But beware, the Falcons cannot focus on stopping the QB, and hope to seal the deal with that, as the Chiefs have other names like Travis Kelce who can do as much damage. We don’t know if Atlanta has answers in the middle of the defense forhim.
Final Betting Analysis: Falcons vs. Chiefs
It’s hard to pick against Kansas City these days, but we think Atlanta’s come-from-behind victory over the Eagles can build some momentum.
Simply put: Kirk Cousins needs to be better, quicker, and more efficient in his delivery. We could see the Falcons slowly improving with each passing week.
That said, with Kansas City’s offense grappling with its uneven showing, this one feels like it may be a little tight. We’ll go for a victory for the visitors at the OVER.
Go for a victory for the Chiefs at 1.606. If you bet $100 at such odds, you could get $60.6 for a total payout of $160.6
