The Miami Heat took a difficult victory with a result of 107-111 against the Charlotte Hornets, in a game with double extension that was resolved thanks to the experience and the excellent quality of play shown by Kyle Lowry and Jimmy Butler. The victory serves Heat to equal the Chicago Bulls in first place in the Eastern Conference classification.

Although in the first few minutes they managed to get within 5 points, the Hornets managed to close the quarter with a very good offense and the quarter ended with a tied score of 17-17, with a partial of 71-64.
The last quarter was full of many emotions, Jimmy Buttler and Duncan Robinson managed to carry the Heat on their shoulders and removed the 7-point deficit they had to send the game to overtime, with a result of 87-87.
The Hornets were dominated in this quarter and the only one who managed to score was Montrezl Harrell with 11 points.
The first overtime period was on fire and, with an immense Kyle Lowry, who scored 8 of his team’s 10 points, while LaMelo Ball scored 4 points for the Hornets, to once again end the fourth with a tie on the scoreboard.
Finally, with the late awakening of Jimmy Buttler and the help of Kyle Lowry, the Heat managed to dominate the last quarter by only 4 points to take a very good victory with a result of 111-107, against the Charlotte Hornets who put up a fight until final.
