One of the surprises of the weekend took place in Aguascalientes, where Necaxa managed a 1-1 draw against an América team that continues to decline and was only minutes away from leaving empty-handed.
The Eléctricos took the lead in the 37th minute with a goal by Agustín Palavecino. The Argentinean received a pass from Emilio Lara and shot from the edge of the area to score a great goal.
However, when everything seemed to be settled, Brian Rodríguez appeared at minute 90+4 with a great play and then shot at goal. The goalkeeper Ezequiel Unsaín saved, but the rebound was left to the scorer Henry Martín, who did not forgive.
With this tie, América remains in tenth place with 13 points, one more than Necaxa, and they were lucky that all the teams with 14 points (four) lost.

The second goal came at 60′ with Emmanuel Echeverría, who scored his first goal of the tournament with a great finish over goalkeeper Tiago Volpi.

Tigres struggled to beat the bottom team but finally won 1-0 against Juárez with a late goal by Sebastián Córdova.
An easy match was expected for the felines, but despite the large number of shots, they were unable to score until the 85th minute, when André-Pierre Gignac crossed a ball that passed between several legs, as up to four players tried to touch the ball, and it reached Córdova, who controlled it and subtly scored over Benny Díaz for the only goal.
Tigres is now second in the championship with 20 points, two less than Cruz Azul, but must improve its offensive production, which is very poor (12 goals). Juárez remains in last place with four units.
