Benfica comes in strong into the quarterfinals, as they steamrolled Club Brugge with a 5-1 score in the second leg of the round of 16, after a 2-0 score on the first.

Their defense, excellent most of the time, has been full of individual mistakes. Milan Skriniar, the speerhead of their back-three, has his head set on a transfer, so this could explain the erratic performances.
This kind of things developed in an Inter side that lost points at the easiest matches (on paper) and won games agains big teams regulary. Heading towards this head to head the things look dire, whatever the case, as they are not winning against anyone anymore.
