Matchday 34 of the Premier League ended last Monday with the changes at the top being the most relevant news. Manchester City passed Arsenal, and with their victory today against West Ham lead the tournament, with a game in hand and a point ahead.
On the opposite side of the table, Nottingham Forest, Everton, and Southampton are still fighting to escape relegation, but without being able to add many points in the last few games. Leeds (16th) and Leicester (17th) are also trying to avoid the bottom three to stay in England’s top flight.

The two teams wasted other chances in the second half, but the game continued to be very disputed and with very intense marking on both sides. This was the match that ended a weekend without surprise, where all the betting favorites won. However, many fans had hope that, with the Gunners being so mentally demolished by the latest results, Chelsea could have a chance. They didn’t have. Now the only question is when the Blues’ suffering will end.
The game started with a goal from Martin Odegaard who was a nightmare for the opposing defense all night, as another goal for him sealed the match early on.
