The fight for the leadership of the Eastern and Western Conferences of the MLS is still red-hot, thanks to Cincinnati’s victory to continue its pressure on Inter Miami and the triumph of the two Los Angeles teams: Galaxy and LAFC.

Cincinnati defeated FC Dallas away, while LA Galaxy beat San Jose Earthquakes by a landslide to stay on the same points as LAFC, who defeated Colorado Rapids.

Finally, the New York Red Bulls could not beat DC United at home.

The New York Red Bulls salvaged a point at home by drawing 2-2 with DC United, who put in a decent performance despite their poor season.

Jared Stroud scored in the 6th minute after a backheel from Jacob Murrell. Elias Manoel equalized with a penalty kick in the 24th minute for the home side, but before the end of the first half, Pedro Santos scored a free kick into the left corner to make it 1-2 in favor of the visitors. Cameron Harper then equalized with a right-footed shot from Kyle Duncan’s cross.

The Red Bulls remain third in the Eastern Conference with 35 points, while DC United has 20 points and nine matches without a win.

Cincinnati found success again with a 1-0 away win over FC Dallas, keeping them in hot pursuit of Inter Miami at the top of the East.

The only conversion of the match came in the 47th minute when Luca Orellano headed from the right to the center and sent the ball into the back of the net at the right post.

The Orange and Blue reached 42 points, two behind Inter. Dallas is 11th with 20 points in the West.

Los Angeles FC is living a sensational moment and confirmed it with a 3-0 victory over Colorado Rapids, a team at the top of the table in the West.

At the 20-minute, Mateusz Bogusz popped up to tap in Denis Bounga’s cross. He was also the author of the second in the 58th minute when he headed in a rebound from an opponent. Finally, the Pole rounded off his magical night in the 72nd minute, finishing a great first-time pass from Kei Kamara over the keeper.

Los Angeles FC now leads the West with 40 points, while Colorado is fourth with 31.

LA Galaxy took advantage of the worst team in the Western Conference, San Jose Earthquakes, and beat them 0-3.

In the away game, Joseph Paintsil gave LA the lead in the 36th minute, taking advantage of a pass from Gabriel Pec. In the 72nd minute, Serbia’s Dejan Joveljic scored when he headed in a rebound off the post after Riqui Puig’s shot. The final conversion came from Mauricio Cuevas when he pushed in a cross from Miki Yamane (90+1′).

The Galaxy is second in the West with 40 points, the same as LAFC. San Jose is in last place with just 11 points.
