The twenty-seventh edition of the Major League Soccer is already underway and with it, the 28 American teams started this season with a single clear objective, to win the title of one of the leagues that have had the greatest growth in the world in recent years.
Last season we saw how New York City was crowned for the first time in its history, after defeating the favorite team, Portland Timbers, in the final after a very exciting penalty shootout that came after a 1-1 result in the regulation time.
The format of the season will be the same as in the previous ones, the 28 teams are divided into two conferences, East and West, to then enter the playoffs and end with the grand final.
The 2022 MLS season is already underway and, after a clean slate after the end of last season, the teams arrive with the clear objective of being champions.
