Last Updated on September 5, 2022 9:15 pm by Erwin Noguera

The 25th round of the Brasileirão showed how we continue to have a very balanced tournament. A busy round, with an average of 2.5 goals per match and many draws (5/9).

The highlight was the tie between RB Bragantino and Palmeiras (2-2) and the draw of Flamengo; in a crowded Maracanã, against Ceará (1-1).

Of the teams that are fighting for LibertadoresSudamericana, and the title only Athletico-PR and Atlético-MG won their matches. A negative highlight is Coritiba, which lost another match away from home, this time against América-MG, remaining in the relegation zone.

Let’s go to the summary of the matches of this 25th round of the Brasileirão:

Cuiabá and São Paulo opened the round on Saturday, 09/04, at 7 pm (Brasília time) at Arena Pantanal. Brasileião Matchday 25: Flamengo 1×1 Ceará

The game fulfilled much less than promised and ended 1 to 1, on a sunny Sunday in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
