The BLAST Premier: Fall Showdown is one of the most important eSports tournaments in the world, taking Counter-Strike to a high level of competitiveness.
16 of the best teams in Europe will meet in the Fall qualifier, which gives not only a prize of 20 thousand dollars for the champion team but also 900 points and a place in the final phase in Copenhagen (Denmark), which in turn gives the winner access to the World Cup, which has not yet defined the venue.
It is important to highlight that this BLAST Premier: Fall Showdown also awards 20,000 dollars and 900 points to the runner-up, while the third to fourth will get 12,500 dollars and 600 units.
The fifth to eighth will receive 7,500 dollars and 250 points, while the rest will only get a cash prize of 5,000 dollars.
This European online tournament will kick off on August 21, while the grand final will take place on the 25th of the same month. Its organizer is the Danish company BLAST, founded in 2016.
It should be noted that last year, the champion was Cloud9, thefinalist was BIG, the third was ENCE, and the fourth was G2 Esports.
