CONCACAF Champions Cup: Quarterfinals Second leg Preview

CONCACAF Champions Cup: Quarterfinals Second leg Preview

Monterrey vs. Chivas

After an exciting first leg of the Concacaf Champions Cup quarterfinals, the Mexican Teams are coming in with confidence, as they are all hosting for the 2nd leg, and apart from Tigres, who comes from a draw, they all come in with favorable scores into this match.

The current MLS champion, Columbus Crew, must face Tigres at their home, after scoring a 1-1 draw in the first leg.

Monterrey has the lowest current lead over Inter Miami after a 2 – 1 score, but they will be at home this time, and it might help a lot.

Tigres and Columbus crew had an interesting clash in the first leg, where the Mexican team took an early lead when Andre-Pierre Gignac scored in the 18th minute.

It was not until the 43rd when Columbus managed to tie the score, and during the second half, even though both teams attacked, no one could score again.

Now, as these two collide again on the field, we expect the Mexican team to go all out in front of their home crowd as they try to take the current MLS Champion out.

Tigres vs. Columbus Crew Betting Pick: Tigres

In our previous prediction for a clash between the two teams, we expected a draw. However, America came out guns blazing scoring two goals before the first half and landing another two in the second.

Now, the Mexican team will be playing at their home, where they are the strongest, and coming in with a 4-goal lead, they could just sit back and trust the defense.

Many times before in prior years, the Eagles just let loose after a comfortable first-leg win, with several examples in the Liga MX postseason. That will probably be the case, so we’ll go for a tie again.

América vs. New England Revolution Pick: Draw

CONCACAF Champions Cup: Quarterfinals Second leg Preview – Pachuca vs. Herediano

Pachuca proved that Herediano’s Cinderella Run in the campaign was going to have to end at some point, and it was clear when they scored a 5 – 0 on the first leg.

Salomon Rondon managed to pull a Hat Trick, with Alexei Dominguez and Alan Bautista adding up their own. Now, with the team playing at home, we believe they will batter Herediano a bit more before sending them packing home.

Expect the Mexican team to shine bright on home soil here.

Pachuca FC vs. Herediano Betting Pick: Pachuca

CONCACAF Champions Cup: Quarterfinals Second leg Preview – Monterrey vs. Inter

Inter Miami’s been dealing with issues as Leonel Messi has been getting ready to jump back into action soon, but not soon enough, as the team lost their lead in the MLS and faced Monterrey without their biggest star.

The problem for Miami is that Leonel will also be missing the second leg of this matchup. Now that Monterrey plays at home, we expect Rayados to send the most-watched team in North America back home.

The first match ended with a 2-1 score in favor of the Mexican team, and we are expecting them to repeat the feat here.

Monterrey vs. Inter Miami Betting Pick: Monterrey
