Matchday 8 of the Brasileirão confirmed the great moment of Flamengo, which, under Tite’s leadership, is focused on winning the title that has eluded them since 2020. On the last matchday, they overcame Grêmio at home, who continue to mark their season with irregularity.
For their part, Botafogo followed in the footsteps of the Mengao after deepening Fluminense’s results crisis, while Atlético Mineiro got a fundamental victory over a tough Bragantino.
