Why Bet on Gervonta Davis

Davis is one of boxing’s fastest-rising stars with a 26-0 record and 24 knockouts.

Although some will call into question the pedigree of his competition, the man is known as “Tank” passes the eye test with flying colors.

This will be Davis’ final fight under the Mayweather Promotions banner, which means he will try to end on the highest of high notes.

Why Bet on Rolando Romero

Romero (14-0, 12 KOs) is aiming to usurp Davis and prove that he is boxing’s next big star.

He has demonstrated significant power in his brief 14-fight career, with all but two opponents succumbing inside of the distance.

However, there’s a lot to question about him at this stage of his career.

He’s coming off of a dominant seventh-round stoppage of Anthony Yigit, who hadn’t fought in over two years heading into that fight.

Aside from Yigit — who hasn’t beaten a notable opponent — Romero’s only other quality opposition came courtesy of Jackson Marinez.

Final Betting Analysis – Gervonta Davis vs. Rolando Romero:

As for his fighting skills, Romero is wild and unrefined, which will give Davis plenty of opportunities to clobber him with his vicious power.

Davis is lightyears better than Romero and will present a ton of problems for his opponent as the fight drags on.

The bad blood between these two fighters is significant, with insults being hurled at a feverish pace.

Romero has tried to get in “Tank’s” skin, but that has only appeared to incentivize him to put a brutal ending to his foe’s trash talk.

Allowing Romero to see the final bell is probably not part of the plan.
