This Saturday, October 29th, we travel right to the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, as we get another one of the Paul Brothers’ fights in Boxing, and this time, the opponent is a fighter who can and will likely cause problems.
In this main event, we get Jake Paul, who has been getting cocky after beating former MMA fighters Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley in his previous boxing encounters.
His opponent is Anderson “The Spider” Silva, who is not only an MMA Legend but a fighter who has managed to make a statement in boxing after beating Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in the Ring.

Paul is only 25 years old and always seems to elevate his profile even higher in pursuit of the “bag”.

In June 2021, Silva defeated former champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. by earning a decision but, more importantly, showed real boxing skills by manhandling the son of a legend.
There appears to be a misconception among members of the boxing community that Silva is just another MMA fighter masquerading as a boxer.
This could not be further from the truth.
No reasonable person is suggesting that Silva is a championship-caliber boxer, but the sweet science is woven into the DNA of his MMA.
Silva ranks among the best strikers in MMA history.
His head movement is legendary, regularly dropping his hands and employing techniques ripped straight from “The Matrix.”
Paul is very much a novice boxer and relies heavily on his jab as a set-up for crosses and hooks.
Jake certainly has power, but such basic strategies will be exploited by Silva’s superior head movement, footwork, angles, and feints.
Silva is also a very fuel-efficient fighter, if Paul is reserved, he should pick him apart.
If the internet celebrity blitzes, Silva could dust off his exhausted foe.
With Jake Paul sitting at -160 edge on fight night, look for a close fight that’s going to go to a decision.
As much of a legend as Anderson Silva is, he’s a legend in the octagon. It goes without saying that legends live in the past not the present.
Jake Paul might be the biggest heel in boxing that we’ve seen a while, he’s also 22 years younger than Anderson Silva and in a boxing ring.
