The emotions are back in the world of horse racing. We will have one of the most important races of the year after the Triple Crown; which is made up of Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, and Belmont Stakes. This famous Cup will take place at the Del Mar racecourse, in California. There the best North American horses will face the best European and Asian horses in 14 different competitions. It will be played between November 5 and 6.
The Breeders’ Cup is a famous competition that is part of the equestrian Grand Slam.
On Friday, November 5, we will only be able to enjoy 5 of the 14 competitions. They will be the races from the sixth to the tenth and will be run in the following order: Bc Juvenile Turf Sprint; Bc Juvenile Fillies; Juveniles Fillies Turf; Bc Juvenile Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance; and, finally, Bc Juvenile Turf.
The remaining nine competitions will be on Saturday, November 6, and will be run as follows: Bc Filly & Mare Sprint, Bc Turf Sprint, Bc Dirt Mile, Bc Filly & Mare Turf, Bc Sprint, Bc Mile, and we will finish with the best three races of the event that are: Breeders’ Cup Distaff, Breeders’ Cup Turf and last but not the least Cup Classic, which has a juicy prize pool of $6,000,000.
