We are 4 matchdays into the Premier League Regular season, and we are now starting to see the clear divide between the top teams and the ones that are going to be fighting around the middle of the scoreboard, judging by the results from previous seasons.
Manchester City has managed to get another victory in the season, which adds up to their perfect streak so far, helping them keep two points ahead of the rest of the teams.
City may hold the lead, but it is not a big one, Those 2 points are the only thing to keep Tottenham, Liverpool, West Ham, and Arsenal, who are all tied for the 2nd place, from catching up.
Brighton, though placed at the 6th spot due to the big draw, is only 1 point behind the 4-team draw for 2nd, which keeps them close and dangerous.
It is after the 6th spot that the divide becomes clear, which makes things quite interesting as we follow the teams in the front as we expect a middle point team to get a streak going and surprise the world; but also, as we look towards the Relegation area, which looks bad, but all of the teams are one victory away from escaping.
The current Relegation zone has Burnley and Luton Town at the bottom, with no points so far, and they are followed by Everton and Sheffield United, who finally achieved a point due to draws in this last matchday.

Julian Alvarez gave the hosts the lead on 30 minutes but Tim Ream responded for The Cottagers almost immediately. Nathan Ake restored City’s advantage on the stroke of half-time with a goal that was allowed to stand following a VAR check before Haaland took control.
Erling Haaland scored a hat-trick as Manchester City kept their perfect Premier League record with a 5-1 win over Fulham at the Etihad Stadium.
The Cottagers stifled their illustrious hosts with a stubborn first 30 minutes where neither side managed so much as a shot, and a scrappy battle for midfield frustrated fans.

Substitute Anthony Elanga scored his first Nottingham Forest goal to secure a hard-fought Premier League victory over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Summer signing Elanga, introduced in first-half added time following an injury to Danilo, struck shortly after the break when he raced on to Taiwo Awoniyi’s pass and slotted home.
Nicolas Jackson missed a glorious opportunity to equalize inside the final 10 minutes, firing over from inside the six-yard box after being teed up by Raheem Sterling.
Jackson had earlier been denied by a last-ditch block by Willy Boly, while £40m deadline day signing Cole Palmer was introduced by manager Mauricio Pochettino, as Chelsea chased a response.
But despite dominating possession, territory, and chances, the hosts were punished for failing to take their opportunities by a resolute Forest.

Spurs fell behind in the fourth minute to Lyle Foster’s close-range goal but the visitors recovered superbly with Son’s clever dinked finish in the 16th minute sparking a ruthless comeback.
Spurs went ahead in first-half stoppage time as Cristian Romero’s screamer from the edge of the box completed the turnaround.
Postecoglou’s side then hit three goals in the space of 12 second-half minutes that began with James Maddison’s wonderful curled finish from outside the box in the 54th minute.
Son then scored his second in the 63rd minute before completing his hat-trick just three minutes later with a cool low finish when through one-on-one.
Burnley substitute Josh Brownhill did score a stoppage-time consolation but it did not dampen Spurs’ fine start under Postecoglou, with the north London club moving up to second in the table with 10 points from four games.
Meanwhile, Burnley remains point-less and is bottom of the league having lost all three opening matches.

Newcastle’s demise at the beginning of the season continues, as the first hat-trick from Evan Fergusson’s career put the Magpies to bed.
The visitors looked uncomfortable since minute one, to say the least, and the Seagulls started regaining confidence after their previous week’s collapse. Already at minute 27 the locals gained the lead and maintained it against some sparks of Newcastle on the counter. The protagonist of this action was Nick Pope, who then again was floppy with his feet, gifting the ball to the rivals with a defense full of gaps.
It wasn’t until the second half when Ferguson finally sparked to life with two more goals to put the Magpies to bed. Now the team from The country’s north must face the group of death of the Champions League with one of the worst performances they have shown in some time.

The best match of the weekend was the one that the Arsenal vs. Manchester United classic gifted us. From minute one both teams showed some liabilities in defense, however, the locals were controlling the actions. Amidst a period of dominance by the Gunners, they were left badly positioned to defend against a counter-attack that ended in Rashford’s goal.
Luckily for the locals, their resilience was recompensed as at the first time of asking they responded with a great goal by Odegaard, leaving us with a one of one that sparked in just a minute time.
The second half was full of emotions, crowned by the disallowed goal by Garnacho after a thin (maybe too much) offside. Then, just minutes later Declan Rice found himself a loose ball after a corner which ended in the 2-1. Later in added time, Gabriel Jesus made a great individual play for the 3-1.
This result leaves the Red Devils on a lifeline after yet another poor start to the season. Meanwhile, Arsenal confirms itself as a candidate for the title for the second year in a row.
