The Premier League is red hot and now we will have a match between teams at both ends of the table. Manchester United and Everton have a rivalry proper of two traditional clubs of English football, and now they’ll face having the obligation to win.
The Red Devils are in the eye of the storm as their form in the Premier League has been bad as of late, but they have the quality to come back and establish themselves in the top 4 again. The Toffees, on the other hand, had a terrible start to the season, but they have recovered since Sean Dyche came.
There’s a lot at stake, so prepare for a battle on the pitch, especially with a team as physical as this Everton being in great need.

Why bet on Manchester United?
The Red Devils have been looking bad of late, but not everything is lost. Their last game vs. Newcastle United could have been another disaster like the one at Anfield, if it were not for the lack of accuracy of the Magpies in front of goal. The side from Newcastle Upon-Tyne put 26 shots past the United defense, contrary to the 6 shots of the visitors (with just one on target).
Manchester United had more possession but never did anything with it. The lack of Casemiro’s clarifying passes and game control is just too notable, and McTominay’s role as a second striker behind Weghorst was never too effective. Obviously, Ten Hag was improvising due to the absence of his first-choice pivot and the Scottish man’s heroics on the FIFA date, but it didn’t work.
Now, against Brentford, it was a different story. The London side has been a surprise this season and is a European spot contender, but they didn’t look like that on Wednesday, as they decided to sit deep and wait for the counter. The team from Old Trafford had full control of the match, although they just got one goal and three shots on target.
Against Everton, it will be their last match without Casemiro, but they have the home factor. They need to win, the top 4 is at stake.
Why bet on Everton?
The team from Merseyside is a heavy underdog but that doesn’t matter, they need to get out with everything for the upset. Heavily threatened by relegation, the Toffes are tied in points with Bournemouth (18th) and Forest (17th). They have been getting better since the English coach came in replace of Frank Lampart (new Chelsea’s caretaker manager) but slowly, and they mostly get draws.
With a little bit of time, things may work for this new project, but there’s not. They need to get better now. In the last few weeks, they know what is to get the upset against a team from the Big 6, as they got an impressive draw against Tottenham. However, the Spurs are a side crumbling over their weight, so we can’t say that they have what it takes to surprise Manchester United.
In that game, Tottenham had more possession and passes, but for us, that saw the match, it was clear that Everton dominated to some lengths and put the visitors against their net. In the end, it was a Spurs’ mistake (the red card for Moura) that helped the locals to grab a draw.
Against United there will be no defensiveness from the locals, so they’ll have a different challenge.
Free Betting Analysis: Manchester United vs. Everton
The home side is needy for points as well as their visitors so they’ll go out trying to get the dominion of the match. They don’t have the offensive performance to bombard in an effective way Pickford’s goal, but they have quality players that can create good plays out of nowhere and great finishers like Rashford.
This will be a similar match to the one we saw midweek, with the only addendum that Manchester United may be tired, precisely, due to this game. The Red Devils have been lethal in the cups this year, but the result has been a heavy schedule that weighs on the legs and minds. Either way, we think they’ll have enough to earn a short win at their home.
