Why Bet on Milwaukee Bucks
Milwaukee is currently in third place at 44-27, although they were blown out 138-119 on the road by the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday as a 3.5-point underdog.
With their superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo out of the lineup, the Bucks looked lost on Saturday in Minnesota to snap an 8-1 hot streak.
Milwaukee trailed almost the entire night with the Timberwolves up 12 at halftime, and the Minnesota offense unleashed a barrage of long-range shots to win the third quarter 38-26 before cruising in the fourth.
Why Bet on Chicago Bulls
Chicago is coming off a 113-99 win over the Toronto Raptors on Monday to cover as a four-point home favorite. All this, while improving to 42-29 overall, good for fifth in the East.
The Bulls have hit a bit of a cold spell lately. However, they managed to get back on track Monday night by slowing down the surging Raptors.
It was a tight game for much of the night with Toronto up one at halftime before the Bulls defense cranked things up to win the third quarter 30-18. Finally, Chicago only extended the advantage in the fourth.
Final Betting Analysis: Bucks vs. Bulls
The Bulls have hit a slump since the All-Star break with a 3-8 skid as they are missing the two-way play of Ball, and this is a brutal matchup at Milwaukee on a back-to-back.
While Milwaukee laid a dud last time out. Getting Antetokounmpo back in the lineup obviously makes a huge difference, and this offense is going to be tough for Chicago to stop.
Milwaukee is a tough assignment for a shaky defense at fifth in effective field goal percentage with enough depth to handle playing without Middleton.
Chicago will be a little winded after the strong defensive effort against the Raptors the night before, and the Bucks with Antetokounmpo in the lineup are too good for a slumping team to handle, which makes them our betting prediction.
